Incomparable offers
Each vendor starts from different assumptions: different ROI calculations, different treatment technologies, and hidden supply and operating costs.
There are 500+ specialised water treatment & reuse vendors. Every one recommends their own technology.
Caskade is the only platform where 30+ specialist manufacturers compete for your project in industry or hospitality.
Why Reuse Water
Why choose Caskade instead of an OEM
Each vendor starts from different assumptions: different ROI calculations, different treatment technologies, and hidden supply and operating costs.
Subsidised pilots only validate the vendor's technology, not that it's the best solution for your site. After months testing a single option, switching stops being a real alternative.
If the installation underperforms on output, reliability or O&M cost, the OEM isn't in the room; you are. Without a documented comparison, the exposure is yours.

Payback: 2 years
Camping Úbeda S.L. · Úbeda, Andalusia, ES
Without access to a sewer, the site paid for wastewater disposal via tanker trucks → installed circular showers and centralised water reuse → payback in 2 years with more than 70% wastewater recovery.

Reduction: 96%
A cheese producer in southern Portugal generated ~500 m³/day of wastewater with high loads of proteins, fats, lactose, and cleaning residues → installed an electrocoagulation and biological treatment system → ~96% reduction in contamination, discharge limit compliance, and lower operating cost than purely chemical treatment.
.avif)
Reduction: 82%
A metal processing plant had difficulties meeting wastewater discharge limits → installed containerised water treatment modules → 82% avg. contamination reduction (in mg/l) and discharge compliance achieved.

Water reuse: 97%
A galvanic parts manufacturer faced rising hazardous waste disposal costs from heavy-metal plating effluent (Cu, Cr, Ni) → installed vacuum distillation (ZLD) → 97% of water recovered as clean distillate; hazardous waste volumes cut by 97%.

FAQ
Are you independent?
Comparative and transparent, not independent. We receive OEM commissions and say so. The distinction from a vendor isn't that we have no commercial relationships: it's that our output is not designed to sell a specific technology. All options are assessed on identical inlet data.
What if the Eval concludes that reuse doesn't make sense?
Caskade says so, and documents why. The client pays the full fee. No refund. A paid, honest 'no' is worth more than a free 'yes' from a vendor with a system to sell. No-go outcomes are documented with the same rigour as positive recommendations.
An OEM offered us a free pilot. Why pay for an Eval instead?
A pilot tests one technology. An Eval compares all of them. A pilot doesn't tell you whether it's the best technology, the most cost-effective, or the most operable. It only proves that one specific system works on your effluent. The risk is sequence: once you've invested months testing a single vendor's system, switching carries sunk cost. Compare first, pilot second, if a pilot is even needed.
How does the 50% refund work?
For Eval Estándar and Completa, a partial refund mechanism is available at SAT when program conditions are met. Caskade absorbs that refund from its own referral commission.
How do you make money?
Three streams, all disclosed. (1) Eval fee from the client, paid regardless of outcome, including no-go results. (2) Referral commission from the OEM, received on project completion with the selected vendor; declared in all materials and does not influence evaluation methodology or technology ranking. (3) Caskade Financing-aaS: success fee from the lender for projects we coordinate with lease financing. Santander Leasing route active in Spain.
Which sectors do you currently cover?
Active: textile and finishing (Catalonia, CNAE 13.30), meat processing, beverages. Also: resorts and golf courses, industrial laundries. Planned expansion: food and beverage broadly across Spain. Inbound welcome from any sector with an industrial water reuse challenge.
Retrofit Upgrade
Already operating a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)? Caskade shows you what value this asset could generate by appending a purification step and reusing the already treated water in your processes or other uses.
